We don’t have contact managers or salesmen; our clients always deal direct with their qualified accountant.

Our monthly fee is £65 plus vat, which provides outstanding value to our clients, and it covers pretty much everything you need for running your limited company. The only extra is your personal tax return – we keep that separate because many of our clients prefer to complete the return themselves. If you want us to complete it on your behalf, then it’s a one-off £70 plus vat.

We also provide a free registered company address facility as well as complimentary references for lettings, house purchase etc.

If you need a limited company setup fast, then we can do that the same day.

We’ll also talk you through things like the tax advantages of sharing equity in the business with others, such as your partner.

As part of our £100 start-up package, we form the company to your requirements, then complete registration for VAT and PAYE.

We are PCG accredited, so when you ask us to perform an IR35 review of your contract, you’ll have confidence that the full written appraisal is backed by sound knowledge of the current legislation.

We are fully online, so there are no spreadsheets to get lost or out of date, and our system handles dividends, reimbursable expenses, business mileage, payroll, VAT and PAYE.

As well as storing your company documentation, our online portal is a permanent record of everything you’ve earned or spent, paid and reimbursed, always available at any time.
