We had added a time saving feature to the client invoice creation area of the portal.
Rather than creating invoices, saving them as a pdf and then attaching to an email, you can invoice multiple recipients directly from the portal.
After saving an invoice the email button will be enabled:
Pressing this will cause the email window to popup:
This will be pre-filled with info about the invoice, or you can add your own, and you can also add multiple recipients by separating the addresses with commas.
This will then send the email with the invoice as a pdf attachment.
We are adding time sheet functionality to the portal at present, and when complete, these can also be attached to the email prior to sending.
