By scanning and uploading or using a smart phone to upload receipts, invoices and bank statements, our bookkeepers receive notification of new documents to be processed and will then enter the transaction information directly into the portal.

All we require in for this service is a copy of your bank statements each month as sell as invoices and expense receipts. You can upload these to our portal or via a scanner or by using our receipt scanning mobile app, or if you prefer by posting the details to us.
