Emailing bank statements, Excel spreadsheets, or HMRC correspondence is less than secure, as they travel from server to server before reaching their destination, and in the process may be intercepted by anyone at any time.
AccountsNet decided to build our own Virtual Desktop, rather than buy and link to a third party product that didn’t suit our client needs exactly.
So now within our portal, clients create folders and upload company files direct and secure to our servers, and these uploads generate a notification to their AccountsNet accountant.
Documents are always available wherever you find yourself working, offsite or on the move.
From the ‘My Documents’ link at the top left of the web app, clients can access their Virtual Desktop.
Selecting a folder will show the files, and allow new uploads, deletion and viewing of files
